Sales Director

Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Growth:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve year-on-year revenue growth across managed IT, cloud, and cybersecurity offerings.
* Leadership:
Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team with a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer focus.
* Business Development:
Identify and secure new opportunities across enterprise and mid-market clients, leveraging strong industry relationships.
* Client Partnerships:
Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, vendors, and strategic partners to strengthen SureLogik's market position.
* Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, operations, and delivery teams to align sales initiatives with business capabilities and client expectations.
* Performance Insight:
Set and manage KPIs, forecasts, and revenue reporting, delivering regular updates to the CEO and leadership team.
* Market Awareness:
Stay ahead of market shifts, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to refine commercial strategy.
* Scalability:
Implement efficient sales processes and structures to support sustainable growth and operational excellence.
About You
* Extensive experience in
IT or managed services sales leadership
, ideally within the Irish market.
* Proven success in
driving consistent revenue growth
and building successful sales teams.
* A natural leader with
strategic vision and operational discipline
