About the Role
* Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with colleagues and family members.
* Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals and their families.
* Contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the service.
Requirements
* Level 7 or 8 in Applied Social Studies (or equivalent).
* Coru registration (or currently in the process of obtaining registration).
* At least one year's experience working in Intellectual Disability.
* Full driving licence and car.
