The HR Partner designs, implements, and monitors human resource policies and programs at a site, country, or regional level.
This role drives HR operational excellence across areas such as employee relations, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, organizational development, and HR analytics.
The HR Partner acts as a strategic advisor to leadership while ensuring effective day-to-day HR delivery.
Job Responsibilities
Act as a trusted HR advisor to functional leadership, providing guidance on people strategy and organisational effectiveness.
Coach and support managers, leaders, and HR colleagues on employee-related matters.
Partner with management to build strong employee relationships and foster a respectful, inclusive working environment.
Identify internal and external trends and influence stakeholders to respond effectively.
Lead and manage employee relations matters including investigations, grievances, and dispute resolution.
Advise managers and employees on personnel issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
Interpret and communicate company policies while ensuring compliance with local employment legislation.
Support union and labour relations, works council activities, and related matters where applicable.
Coordinate and implement HR programmes related to employee engagement, team building, and development.
Support execution of HR initiatives, ensuring consistent implementation and feedback to stakeholders.
Partner with Centres of Excellence including HR Services, Total Rewards, and Talent Acquisition to deliver integrated HR support.
Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and practices.
Partner with managers on workforce planning, recruitment, and staffing needs.
Participate in recruitment activities including screening and interviewing candidates.
Support career development discussions and succession planning.
Contribute to organisational development and training initiatives.
Support salary administration processes and advise managers on compensation decisions.
Review compensation and benefits practices to ensure alignment with market trends and business needs.
Contribute to HR data analysis to support decision-making and workforce insights.
Participate in regional and global HR projects, ensuring local perspectives are represented.
Collaborate across HR functions and geographies to drive aligned outcomes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (Level 8 or equivalent), preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience in an HR Business Partner or Generalist role in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable.
Strong practical knowledge of local employment law and HR best practices essential.
Experience across multiple HR disciplines (e.g., HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management).
Experience working in global or matrixed organisations.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage change effectively.
