Marketing Executive Location: Dublin 2 Salary: €40,000€45,000 + benefits Working Hours: 9:00am 5:30pm Working Model: Hybrid (1 day WFH, 4 days onsite following probation) CPL are delighted to partner with a well-established legal organisation in Dublin 2 to recruit a Marketing Executive.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and collaborative marketing team of four, working closely with both the Marketing Manager and Business Development Director.
We are looking for a creative, detail-driven marketing professional with strong design capability, excellent organisational skills, and solid experience within a professional services environment.
This role provides broad exposure across campaigns, events, communications, digital marketing and design production, directly supporting the firms brand visibility and business development goals.
Key Responsibilities: Support the Marketing Manager in planning and delivering a range of client events, ensuring seamless coordination, effective communication and high-quality execution.
Maintain and update the firms CRM system, ensuring data accuracy to support client targeting, segmentation and business development initiatives.
Create, schedule and monitor social media content (primarily LinkedIn), analysing performance to inform and refine digital activity.
Design and produce a range of high-quality marketing assets including brochures, presentations, graphics and event materials, collaborating with internal teams on campaigns, events, video content and PR.
Assist with content development for events, promotional videos and PR activity, liaising with external partners such as PR agencies, trade media and photographers.
Provide support across sponsorships, advertising and wider brand-building activities, ensuring deadlines, standards and brand guidelines are met.
Skills: Strong visual and design capability with proven experience producing polished, professional marketing materials.
High proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Familiarity with HubSpot or other marketing automation tools.
Experience managing social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, with a strong understanding of analytics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing ability and solid organisational skills.
A proactive, solutions-focused team player with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
Experience: Level 8 Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years marketing experience within a professional services or other industries.
Advanced proficiency in InDesign, Word, Excel, Canva and PowerPoint.
