The department is actively growing and seeks a leader for it's Debt Capital markets service offering.If you are a high performing senior associate or an established partner seeking to grow your book this is a unique and best in market opportunity in a supportive and well financed environment.Key Responsibilities & ExpectationsAs a Partner, you'll be integrated into high-value work streams while being entrusted with significant responsibility for the strategic growth of the DCM practice over the first three years.Sophisticated Transaction Structuring: Assist in and eventually lead the structuring and negotiation of complex debt issuance programmes, including multi-series secured notes programmes.High-Value Advisory: Advise a blue-chip client base of Irish and international issuers, originators, lead managers, and arrangers on complex, cross-border structured finance transactions.Innovative Debt Structures: Develop and advise on innovative debt structures for alternative investment vehicles and modern finance initiatives like green bond initiatives .Business Development: While the role has good existing work streams, you will be expected to demonstrate proven capabilities to strategically expand the DCM portfolio and originate new institutional clients over the initial three-year period.Essential RequirementsQualification: Qualified Solicitor with significant PQE (minimum 8+ years indicative) in Debt Capital Markets, Structured Finance, Securitisation, or a highly related area.Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated business development capabilities and strong client relationship management, with an established network within the Irish and international financial services community.Ambition: Proven experience and the ambition to contribute to and build a substantial practice area within a collaborative, partner-led environment.
