Job ResponsibilitiesJob ResponsibilitiesGeneral Kitchen Porter rolePerform basic cold food preparation and made to order services in line with Aramark brand standardsClean BOH and FOH areas, crockery and cutlery using equipment when trained to do soClean and tidy counter, light equipment/ preparation and public areas.All cleaning duties within a Mess Area and associated blocks at the site.Report to line manager any feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages, faults or hazards identified during the course of the work.Perform daily paper work she/he is assignedKeeps diligent records as requiredFollows food hygiene and safety procedures in line with health and safety requirementsUndertake relevant training as requiredQualificationsKey RequirementsFood hygiene certificate - Level 2 desirable.
However, relevant training will be provided.Specific jobs may also require barista trainingBICs training for cleaning duties - Desirable but not essential.Previous experience essential in a similar role.
