About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals while adhering to strict hygiene and food safety standards, collaborating with kitchen teams to ensure smooth daily operations, managing food preparation and stock levels for efficient service, and accommodating dietary requirements and customer preferences with care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare delicious and nutritious meals that meet our high standards
* Work collaboratively with our kitchen teams to deliver exceptional results
* Ensure accurate inventory management and minimize food waste
* Provide excellent customer service and cater to diverse dietary needs
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in a busy kitchen environment, preferably in contract catering
* Strong passion for food and commitment to quality
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Flexibility and reliability during weekday shifts
* Manual Handling & HACCP certification (training available if needed)
