Overview
The Project Engineer is responsible for coordinating and delivering projects for new product introductions, process improvements, automation, aseptic processing, and equipment installation. The goal is to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards while working closely with cross-functional teams and reporting to the Senior Manager of Aseptic Engineering.
Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional project teams and manage full project lifecycle.
Develop URS, evaluate vendors, and manage equipment installation & FAT.
Ensure project documentation, commissioning, and training are completed.
Support process improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
Organize regular project review meetings and report project status.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
4+ years’ experience in pharma, biotech, or medical device industries.
Proven project engineering and management experience.
Some level of hands-on equipment engineering experience.
Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
