Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Plant Controller to oversee the financial performance of our manufacturing plant. As a key member of our Operations Finance team, you will be responsible for translating operational activity into accurate financial results and partnering with plant leadership to drive cost control, performance management, and profitability.
Main Responsibilities
* Establish and maintain standard plant reporting, KPIs, and performance dashboards (productivity, inventory, E&O).
* Serve as primary financial business partner to the plant supporting budgeting, forecasting headcount planning monthly quarterly variance analysis with clear financial commentary.
