About the Financial Operations Manager Role
We are seeking a skilled financial professional to lead our close and reporting processes.
As a Financial Operations Manager, you will work in a collaborative environment with global exposure and a focus on innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
* Review and approve month-end close activities, including accruals, prepayments, payroll, intercompany, and FX adjustments.
* Oversee reconciliations across fixed assets, bank accounts, leases, deferred revenue, inventory, and share-based compensation.
* Conduct balance sheet and P&L variance analysis, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
* Review financial data from multiple entities and ensure consistency and proper documentation.
* Maintain up-to-date process documentation and identify opportunities for improvement.
Key Skills and Experience:
* ACA/ACCA qualified with 5+ years post-qualification experience in a similar role.
* Proven experience managing complex close and reporting processes.
* Strong technical accounting knowledge and ERP system experience (SAP/Oracle preferred).
* Blackline experience desirable.
* Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
