About the Role:
As a UI/UX Designer Intern, you will play a vital role in shaping the look and feel of our digital platforms. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your design portfolio, work on real-world projects, and contribute to an impactful mission.
Key Responsibilities:
* User Research:
* Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
* Analyze user feedback and data to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
* Design Development:
* Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for web and mobile platforms.
* Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces aligned with Babylon's brand identity.
* Collaboration:
* Work closely with the development team to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
* Collaborate with content and marketing teams to align designs with organizational goals.
* Testing & Iteration:
* Conduct usability testing to refine designs and improve user experience.
* Continuously iterate based on feedback and emerging design trends.

Who We're Looking For:
* Education:
Students or recent graduates in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related fields.
* Skills:

* Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
