€75,000 to €85,000 plus package

Our client, a first-generation construction company specialising in Critical Environments such as Data Centres, Life Sciences, Aviation, High-Value Manufacturing, and Critical Logistics, is seeking experienced and talented Site Managers to join their high-performing project team in Dublin City Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing site operations daily, ensuring work is done safely, on time, and to the highest quality standard.
Ensuring the client's expectations are met by delivering a quality product while fostering professional relationships with design teams and client representatives.
Maintaining the highest standards in health and safety, quality and client service, ensuring contracts are completed safely, on schedule, on budget, and snag-free.
Accurately and promptly reporting progress to your manager.
Managing and coordinating subcontractors, ensuring their work meets the required standards with minimal rework.
Planning, coordinating, and executing the work to deliver the project per contract documents.
Maintaining excellent working relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors, and the supply chain.
Resourcing and scheduling work in line with the project construction program.
Job Requirements:
Experience in refurbishment and fit-out within the construction industry.
SMSTS certification and proven skills as a Site Manager.
In-depth knowledge of the construction industry and project execution.
Proficient in using MS Office and project scheduling software.
Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
Keen eye for finishes and a proven track record of delivering projects on time.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Self-starter with good judgment under pressure and the ability to motivate and drive the workforce.
