€70,000 – €100,000 DOE + Package (Client Dependent)
We are recruiting experienced Construction Managers / Project Managers for long-term roles across Ireland. These positions are with established, high-performing construction and specialist trade companies delivering commercial, industrial, and high-end residential projects.
This role is for someone who can take full ownership of projects— from planning and budgeting to delivery and client satisfaction.

Role & Responsibilities
As a Construction / Project Manager, you will:
* Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
* Plan and schedule works, resources, and labour effectively
* Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
* Monitor project budgets, costs, and progress
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
* Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and senior management
* Prepare reports, updates, and documentation
* Identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
* Drive project performance and team accountability
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Project Manager
* Strong background in construction or specialist trades
* Full, clean driving licence
* Valid Safe Pass
* Manual Handling certificate
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to read drawings and technical documents
* Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
* EU/EEA passport or valid right to work in Ireland
