Moy Materials Ltd. is a global leader in high-performance roof waterproofing systems. To continue driving our growth, we're seeking a highly skilled Critical Infrastructure Support Manager to join our Technical Department.

About the Role

As Critical Infrastructure Support Manager, you will lead, mentor, and manage our team of Architectural Technologists, ensuring the highest standards of technical output and client support. You'll work closely with the Group Head of Technical, Area Technical Managers, and Sales Managers to create a consistent, reliable, and valuable approach to our technical services.

This office-based role requires a blend of deep technical expertise and strong leadership. From project specification sign-off to mentoring your team, you will be at the core of Moy's technical operations, supporting critical infrastructure projects and ensuring our solutions surpass client and industry expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Technical Leadership: Oversee technical support delivery, ensuring timely, accurate responses to clients and compliance with industry standards.
* Project Sign-Off: Review and approve specifications, custom project drawings, and BIM models for accuracy and compliance.
* Team Management: Lead, mentor, and upskill the Architectural Technologists team, tracking outputs and maintaining attendance records.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and industry professionals to support key projects.
* Product Development: Contribute to new product innovations with a focus on sustainability and attend industry technical meetings.
* Documentation & Platforms: Oversee the performance of iAuditor, NBS, and other technical systems, ensuring seamless integration into project workflows.
* Training & Knowledge Sharing: Deliver technical training sessions for installers, clients, and internal teams to raise expertise across the business.

What We're Looking For

* At least 10 years' experience in the construction or waterproofing industry
* In-depth technical knowledge of waterproofing systems, building regulations, and sustainable design principles
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with proven experience managing technical teams
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and with clients
* Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage complex technical challenges
* Solid understanding of construction methods, compliance, and industry standards
* A genuine interest in sustainability and innovation in construction
