Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our front office team as Front Office Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a front office leadership role and possess excellent people skills, with the ability to develop and mentor staff. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are also essential.
About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for guiding and managing hotel operations effectively, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and high-performance standards while fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the team in achieving goals related to mystery audits, customer comment indices, quality evaluations, and hotel standards.
* Develop and mentor the front office team, preparing them for the next steps in their careers.
* Assist in efficiently and effectively managing front office departmental operations.
* Contribute to the strategic management of the hotel.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
