We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will assist in various aspects of food and beverage service, maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet guests warmly and assist them in a courteous manner throughout their dining experience.
* Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
* Serve food and beverages promptly, following company standards for presentation and portion control.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
* Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any customer concerns or special requests.
* Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly, adhering to company procedures.
* Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times, including proper handling of food and beverages.
* Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies and rotating stock as needed.
* Provide friendly and attentive service to anticipate and fulfill guests' needs, ensuring a positive dining experience.
