As they continue to grow, they are looking for experienced and motivated professionals to join our site teams and help shape the future of residential living in Ireland.Your new roleAs a Civil Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and leading teams on site.Your responsibilities will include:Supervising and coordinating the activities of construction workers and subcontractors.Ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Working on all aspects of groundwork on projects.Reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications.Monitoring site safety and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.Liaising with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Conducting regular site inspections and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.Maintaining accurate records of work progress, materials used, and any changes to plans.What you'll need to succeedProven experience as a Civil Foreman in residential construction.Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety regulations.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management or a related field.What you'll get in returnIn return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive the following benefits:A salary paying up to €85,000.
