Operations Supervisor
Our organization is seeking a skilled Operations Supervisor to oversee the execution of our manufacturing process in County Kerry. This role involves managing staff, coordinating production schedules, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
* Develop and implement production strategies that align with organizational goals.
* Work closely with the planning department to create and manage production schedules.
* Ensure timely delivery of products across the plant by streamlining processes and allocating resources effectively.
* Monitor production activities and make adjustments as needed to maintain efficiency.
* Provide training and guidance to production staff to enhance their skills and performance.
