The post holder will work with the Head of Quality, Risk & Patient Safety to develop, deliver, implement and evaluate a comprehensive quality and safety programme with associated structures, policies and processes which are the vehicle for improving quality and safety.
To drive core programmes of work in Quality, Safety and Risk Management, including:
* Incidents and Serious Incidents
* Quality Improvement Programmes
* Standards including oversight of Policies, Procedures and Guidelines
* Health and Safety
* Service User Feedback and Involvement
* Patient Safety and Service Improvement
* Implementation of recommendations from Local and National Investigations, Reports and Audits
