Job Title: Business Analyst – Finance Transformation
Location: Dublin City Centre (Hybrid)
Salary: €65,000 - €75,000 DOE plus bonus, pension, and health.
Our client is a global financial technology organisation at the forefront of automation and digital transformation. As part of their ongoing finance transformation programme, they are expanding their internal finance systems team and hiring a Business Analyst to play a key role in delivering new technology solutions and improving core finance processes.

Who should apply?
You are an experienced Business Analyst or Consultant with a technical and analytical mindset who enjoys understanding how systems and processes connect. You are comfortable working with data, testing and agile delivery and motivated by making real, measurable improvements in how finance systems operate.
Ideal candidates will have:
* 3–5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Management Consultant
* Strong skills in gathering, documenting and managing business and technical requirements
* Experience supporting or delivering finance system or automation projects
* Exposure to financial processes such as billing, invoicing or reporting
* Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Strong attention to detail with an organised, delivery‑driven approach
* SQL or data analysis experience is an advantage
Role and Reporting Lines
You will join a cross‑functional internal product team within the finance transformation function, working alongside senior analysts, developers and business stakeholders. This is a hands‑on role with the opportunity to take ownership of key workstreams and develop into a more senior position over time.
Responsibilities include:
* Leading and supporting workshops to gather and refine business requirements
* Translating business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
* Supporting the design and testing of system changes and enhancements
* Conducting user acceptance and regression testing to ensure successful delivery
* Mapping existing processes and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
* Collaborating with developers to align business goals with technical solutions
* Assisting in training and documentation for new systems and processes
