We are working exclusively with a highly ambitious real estate group who are now hiring a Chartered Surveyor to join its team to identify investment opportunities across the Greater Dublin Area.
The Role:
* Work alongside an experienced Managing Director to identify investment/development opportunities across sectors such as Resi, Commercial, Healthcare etc
* Analysis of valuations in Argus and Excel
* Work closely with the in -house Strategy and Development teams on various projects to include design, viability and leasing
* Design and lead marketing / leasing campaigns for various assets
Requirements
o Relevant degree/masters in Real Estate
o Chartered Surveyor with years relevant experience
o Strong commercial and analytical (Excel and Argus) skills are required
o Excellent communications skills
