About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced, commercially minded Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead hiring for high-calibre finance professionals across our global organisation. This is a strategic, hands-on role suited to a seasoned recruiter who thrives on partnering closely with senior stakeholders, using data to drive decisions, and proactively building world-class finance talent pipelines.
The role will also cover niche one off and Director and above roles across any function, hence a well rounded recruiter with experience recruiting internationally will be key. The role can be based in the UK or Ireland and will support hiring across multiple international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end recruitment for a broad range of finance roles, from qualified professionals through to senior and specialist positions.
* Act as a trusted business partner to hiring managers and leadership teams, deeply understanding workforce plans, business priorities, and capability needs.
* Design and execute global recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and secure high-calibre finance talent across multiple geographies.
* Build, manage, and maintain a robust talent pipeline of finance professionals to support current and future hiring needs.
* Deliver insightful recruitment reporting and market intelligence, including pipeline health, time-to-hire, hiring trends, and diversity metrics.
* Leverage a variety of sourcing methods, including direct sourcing, passive candidate engagement, referrals, professional networks, and employer branding initiatives.
* Provide expert guidance to stakeholders on interview best practice, assessment, candidate selection, and offer management.
* Contribute to TA projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes, candidate experience, and overall hiring effectiveness.
* Ensure accurate and compliant documentation of recruitment activity within the applicant tracking system.
Skills/Requirements:
* Significant experience as an
in-house or agency recruiter
, with a strong track record in
finance recruitment
across international or multi-market environments.
* Demonstrated ability to operate as a
strategic talent partner
, influencing and advising senior stakeholders.
* Strong experience in
talent pipeline development
, workforce planning, and proactive sourcing.
* High level of comfort with
recruitment data, reporting, and analytics
to inform hiring decisions.
* Fluency in English.
* Willingness to travel occasionally as required to support global hiring initiatives.
