The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed cost estimates, preparing tender documents, contracts, drawings, bill of quantities, specifications, and budgets. They will also manage records accurately.

Additional duties may include performing material take-offs prior to purchase requisitions, reporting irregularities or discrepancies to project management, and implementing post-contract tasks including measurements, final accounts, and evaluation reports.
