We are currently looking for a Renewals Sales Manager for a leading IT company in Ireland.
The objective of this role is to drive sales initiatives and processes within the existing SMB customer base and meet industry leading Retention Rates.
Within this role you will be part of a successful sales team and required to collaborate with all areas of the business.
The role reports to theManager – SMB Renewal Sales Europe.

Fluent in German and English
A highly organised and effective Account Manager
Self-motivated and results-driven

Duties and Responsibilities:
You are motivated to meet Renewal Sales targets by managing and nurturing existing customer base
You enjoy interacting and working with diverse teams in order to generate high Renewal rates
You have great communication and negotiation skills
You have the ability to optimise Channel Partner relationships
You understand how to manage a Volume Pipeline effectively
You are excited by taking ownership and inspired by Best Practices Sharing
Experience Required (EMEA Only)
Working knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce
B2B Phone Sales Experience preferably in the IT Industry
A degree or other third level Qualification
