Lean Manufacturing Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Lean Manufacturing Engineer to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement in our steel fabrication plant.

About the Role:
* To develop and implement lean manufacturing strategies that reduce waste, improve efficiency, and enhance product quality.
The ideal candidate will apply Lean principles, process improvement strategies, to create a seamless manufacturing experience. As part of this role you will also be responsible for developing engineering leadership/support for manufacture products; coordinating implementation of new technology changes into existing products;
Responsibilities:
* To coordinate key projects with supply management, production team members ensuring the integration between teams meets desired levels.
* Lead cross-functional problem-solving initiatives focusing on optimizing Takt time & resolving day-to-day Quality issues using 9 Step Problem Solving A3 Technique
