Restaurant Operations Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Lead to join our team. As Restaurant Operations Lead, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our café/restaurant business.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate café and catering staff
* Oversee café floor operations and customer service delivery
* Manage staffing, rotas, hiring, and training
* Drive sales and maintain high standards
* Coordinate catering bookings, menu planning, and logistics
* Monitor stock levels, supplier relations, and cost controls
* Uphold food hygiene, health & safety, and quality standards
* Respond to customer feedback and handle operational issues professionally
* Understand and manage key business margins (KPI)
* Assist in strategic business planning
