Business development manager

Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced quantity surveyor to join our team. As a senior quantity surveyor, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient management of project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting.



About the Role:


* To work closely with the network and in-home commercial team to ensure effective management of project budgets.
* To manage projects from start to finish, including managing costs, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes as necessary.
* To develop strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.



Your Skills & Qualifications:


1. A strong background in quantity surveying or a related field is essential for this role. You should have experience working on large-scale construction projects.
2. You must be able to communicate complex information clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing. This includes preparing reports on budget variance analysis etc...
