Job Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests in terms of flavour and presentation, ensuring all service standards are met, and the efficient operation of the kitchen function pre and post service. They will also be expected to maintain quality standards, train junior team members, and ensure effective communication and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain high-quality standards, including daily checking procedures and stock control.
* Train and coach junior team members to develop their skillset and provide an elevated service.
* Ensure effective communication and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Maintain a safe environment, complying with health, safety, fire, and hygiene regulations.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a chef in a hotel setting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. A NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Food Preparation and Cooking and a current Food Hygiene Certificate are essential requirements.
