Overview:
Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) Ireland is seeking an experienced finance professional to join our Supply Chain Procurement Finance team. This role offers an opportunity for growth within a dynamic environment, focusing on process improvement and transformation support.
The Senior Finance Manager of Supply Chain (Procurement), based in Ireland, will support procurement functions by reporting on financial performance and providing critical analyses for leadership. The individual will develop procurement category expertise, drive process improvements, and participate in budgeting and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct Business Partnering:
* Lead stakeholder engagement with Category Lead (Procurement) for accurate forecasting and analysis;
* Serve as a trusted adviser to the procurement team, offering financial guidance;
* Prepare reports and analyses for monthly reviews with business and supply chain leadership;
* Model and provide insights for the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
Drive Process Improvement:
* Challenge existing processes and implement scalable improvements;
* Analyze industry trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks;
* Leverage technology to simplify reporting and enhance insights;
* Develop quality metrics to influence decision-making and support growth;
* Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, promoting internal controls.
Decision Support:
* Support a high-performance team culture in a fast-paced environment;
* Provide analytics to enhance financial performance;
* Perform additional duties as assigned;
* Maintain a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of relevant finance experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, preferably in procurement;
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA);
* Strong financial modeling and analytical skills;
* Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; experience with SAP, Anaplan, IBM Planning Analytics is a plus;
* Ability to travel occasionally.
