The firm's expertise spans various sectors, enabling it to provide valuable insights and support across different industries.About The RoleThe Clinical Solutions Manager plays a critical role in driving platform adoption among clinical and operational end users. This role is responsible for delivering targeted training, go-live support, and value-added services (VAS) to activate use cases and embed SystemView into clinical workflows. Working in partnership with Customer Success Managers, the Clinical Solutions Manager ensures that clinicians and hospital teams are enabled, engaged, and empowered to use the platform to drive improved performance and outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational and Professional ExcellenceDeliver structured onboarding and go-live training to clinical and operational stakeholders across hospital departments and locations.Conduct value-added service engagements including deep-dive sessions, use-case clinics, workflow design and follow-up coaching to increase adoption and usage.Partner with CSMs to align training and adoption strategies to the customer's success plan and health priorities.Contribute to development and continuous improvement of clinical enablement resources, playbooks, and training assets.Leverage a mix of in-person, virtual, and self-guided resources to scale enablement across multiple hospital sites and geographies.Maintain accurate customer records, touchpoints, and engagement notes within CRM systems.Customer FocusAct as the frontline expert in embedding SystemView use within hospital teams to promote usage and BAU, ensuring platform value is demonstrated and realised through practical use.Activate high-value use cases and monitor usage trends post-training to validate sustained adoption.Proactively respond to customer training needs, adapting materials and delivery to suit local context, workflow, and roles.Support feedback loops to Product and Customer Success, providing insights from the field on feature uptake, barriers to adoption, and user sentiment.Tailor engagement strategies to different levels of digital literacy and role-specific needs, ensuring inclusivity across disciplines and seniority levels.Business ExcellenceTrack and report on adoption metrics including feature usage, use-case activation, time to adoption, training satisfaction, and sustained usage rates.Monitor and drive agreed KPIs.Support VAS initiatives that deliver measurable impact across customer portfolios.Contribute to internal enablement by sharing insights and adoption wins across the Customer Success team.Identify and document success stories and examples of clinical impact to support broader customer engagement and marketing efforts.Team EnablementMentor and coach customer success teams, supporting skills development and domain knowledge.Share domain expertise and customer insights to strengthen overall team performance.Contribute to strategic customer experience initiatives and continuous improvement across global Customer Success operations.About YouYou're a confident communicator who can engage and influence clinical and operational stakeholders, with a passion for improving healthcare outcomes.You bring hands-on experience with healthcare data platforms and understand how digital tools can be embedded into clinical workflows.You've worked in or alongside SaaS health tech environments and are comfortable translating technology into practical, real-world use cases.You have strong project coordination skills, with a track record of delivering training, go-live support, and value-added services in complex healthcare settings.Tertiary qualifications in health, clinical informatics, or a related field are highly regarded and demonstrate your commitment to professional excellence.Why Join UsCompetitive base salary and benefitsHealth insurance8% non-contributory pensionOpportunity for career growth within a rapidly scaling leader in hospital intelligenceCollaborative and supportive team cultureFlexible work environmentHow To ApplyFor any role related questions, please contact To apply please submit your current CV and cover letter.
