Accommodation Manager Role
We are currently seeking an accomplished Accommodation Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel in Co. Limerick. The ideal candidate will lead a team of professionals to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of cleanliness across all rooms, public spaces, and meeting areas.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the housekeeping department, ensuring prompt, courteous, and proactive service to guests;
* Oversee inventory, purchasing, and cost control for linen, cleaning supplies, guest rooms, and rest room supplies;
* Maintain up-to-date standard operating procedures in the housekeeping department;
* Train and induct staff in adhering to these procedures;
* Monitor supply usage, minimizing waste within the department;
Requirements:
* At least 2-3 years' experience as an Accommodation Manager;
* Strong management skills, with the ability to oversee daily operations;
* Computer literacy and experience with purchasing systems;
* Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings and weekends.
Package on Offer:
* A competitive salary ranging from €38,000 - €40,000 depending on experience;
