About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Regional Business Manager to drive commercial growth across Europe. This key role will focus on managing regional customers, developing new business opportunities, and delivering profitable growth aligned with our global strategy.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, Europe, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional business strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets. You will manage a portfolio of key accounts and distributors across Europe, identifying and converting new business opportunities within our dairy ingredients sector and oat products portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute regional business strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.
* Manage a portfolio of key accounts and distributors across Europe.
* Identify and convert new business opportunities within our dairy ingredients sector and oat products portfolio.
* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and supply agreements to maximise profitability.
* Utilize CRM for pipeline management, customer engagement tracking, and reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Masters degree in Business, Food Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
* Minimum 10 years in B2B sales within dairy ingredients.
* Proven track record in managing regional accounts and delivering growth.
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
