1. Assist clients with their orders using Vestima, ensuring accurate and timely execution of transactions.
2. Investigate order failures and rejections, working closely with teams across locations to resolve issues promptly.
3. Develop solutions for missing contract notes, cash settlement errors, stock settlement discrepancies, or other Fund order cycle challenges that require attention.
