Hours: Full-Time (78 hours biweekly)
Reports to: Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing
Work Authorization: Applicants must have the appropriate work permit to work in Ireland.
About the Role
As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will lead a team of nurses and healthcare assistants within our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality psychiatric care. Key responsibilities include maintaining top regulatory and care standards, leading operational improvements, and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations. This role involves collaborating on care plans with residents, families, and staff and managing resources to optimize care.
Candidate Profile
· Qualification: NMBI Registered
· Experience: 5+ years post-qualification; minimum 2 years in a Clinical Nurse Manager role.
· Skills: Staff and budget management, in-depth knowledge of clinical governance and regulatory standards, and demonstrated experience in mental health and palliative care.
