You will work closely with development teams, QA, and translators to identify problems, propose solutions, and ensure products meet high-quality standards in multiple languages.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify issues on localized software, hardware, and documentation issuesDiagnose and troubleshoot functional, UI, and language-related problemsPerform detailed testing to replicate and resolve issues before releaseLog, track, and follow issues to resolution using internal toolsCollaborate with developers, QA teams, translators, and project managers globallyContribute to process improvements and documentation for technical troubleshootingSkills & ExperienceStrong problem-solving skills and analytical thinkingNative-level proficiency in the required languageExperience with software testing, QA, or technical supportComfortable using troubleshooting tools and diagnostic softwareBasic understanding of software localization and internationalization processesExperience with automation or coding (Swift, Python, Ruby, Objective-C) is a plusExcellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environmentDiversity & InclusionGlobeTech values diversity and is committed to building an inclusive workplace.
