Key responsibilities
Our team manages security for billions of transactions daily across AWS services like EC2, S3, and our retail sites. We support security for all these services, focusing on access control, identity security, authorization, authentication, and lifecycle management. We seek creative problem solvers passionate about enhancing user experience and security, working on scalable, global systems.
A typical day involves designing security features, deploying software, automating operational fixes, and supporting security systems. We value work-life balance and offer flexible schedules to support your productivity and well-being.

Basic qualifications
* Experience managing teams of more than 5 software engineers
* Proven software development experience
* Knowledge of full software development lifecycle, coding standards, architecture, reviews, source control, deployment, testing, and operational excellence
* Experience collaborating with product or program management teams
Preferred qualifications
* Experience in building production software
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
* Experience recruiting, mentoring, and managing software engineers
