We are looking for a highly organized, creatively driven Project Manager with experience in packaging development, artwork coordination, naming processes, and market research. This role sits within our Branding team and works cross‑functionally with Product Development, Quality & Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Marketing. You will own and manage the full packaging development lifecycle, lead the naming process for new products, and ensure all creative brand assets are delivered with accuracy, compliance, and strategic impact.
Key Responsibilities
Packaging, Labeling & Copy Development (Artwork Management)
Develop draft packaging concepts, label frameworks, and collaborate on written copy for packaging materials
Coordinate closely with Quality & Regulatory teams to ensure all packaging components meet regional compliance, formatting, and claims requirements (QA/PD to provide regulatory content and claims)
Manage revision workflows, version control, and stakeholder feedback loops for all artwork and label assets
Work directly with a copywriter to develop marketing‑friendly claims and customer‑facing language
Demonstrate understanding of packaging materials, Pantone/CMYK color systems, printers’ technical requirements, and artwork formatting best practices
Naming Management
Own the end‑to‑end product naming process, from initial brainstorming and shortlisting through cross‑functional evaluation
Collaborate with the copywriter on name creation and claims rewriting
Submit proposed names for legal review, manage feedback cycles, track trademark results, and document final approvals
Ensure cross‑team alignment on the chosen name and maintain a structured naming archive
Packaging Innovation & Concept Support
Conduct market scans and category benchmarking to identify packaging trends, structural innovations, and competitive naming patterns
Collect and synthesize market insights to support concept development, naming rationale, and packaging creative direction
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Branding, Product Development, Marketing, Supply Chain, and QA/Regulatory to ensure accurate and timely delivery of packaging and creative assets
Partner with manufacturers, suppliers, and print houses to source and validate packaging solutions, materials, and specifications
Facilitate quotation processes with packaging vendors and coordinate technical requirements
Build clear and compelling internal decks for approvals, presentations, and launch materials related to naming and artwork concepts
Requirements
Experience in packaging project management, artwork coordination, branding, or product development
Strong understanding of packaging materials, color systems (Pantone, CMYK), printing processes, and artwork production
Proven ability to manage copy development, creative workflows, and cross‑functional approval cycles
Familiarity with regulatory considerations for packaging (supplements, wellness, FMCG, or similar industries preferred)
Excellent project management skills: highly organized, structured, and detail‑oriented
Strong written communication skills and ability to coordinate with copywriters and creative teams
Ability to translate market research into actionable creative direction and packaging concepts
Comfortable working with suppliers, manufacturers, and external creative resources
