Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced General Manager of a restaurant & bar for one of our well-established clients in Co. Cork.
As General Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping the restaurant’s and bars success, both operationally and commercially. In your role you will be required to lead a team of hospitality professionals to deliver an exceptional guest experience, drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives & marketing efforts, and enhance customer loyalty.
You will be required to manage operational efficiency, from budgeting to resource allocation, ensuring both cost control and top-tier service; Foster efficient and collaborative working relationships with senior leadership to execute business strategies and exceed performance targets and to ensure excellence in service standards, food quality, and safety regulations.
REQUIREMENTS
* 3 Years General Management experience in a busy bar and restaurant environment with a strong work ethic essential for this role
* Excellent Communication, Leadership, Customer Service, Organisation and Time Management Skills
* Proven track record in driving profitability while delivering an exceptional guest experience
* Operational expertise in managing fast-paced food & beverage environments, with a focus on efficiency and innovation
* A passion for team development and mentorship
* Ability to manage and work within a team as well as on your own initiative
* Flexible with working 5 days per week which will include days, nights, weekends and bank holidays
* Computer Literate
PACKAGE ON OFFER
* Competitive salary of €45,000 – €50,000 per year dependent on experience
* Free Parking and Meals whilst on duty
* Performance based Bonus
