Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement advanced test automation strategies
* Lead the adoption of AI-driven testing techniques
* Mentor and support engineers across teams to enhance their skills
* Investigate and troubleshoot complex test failures
Essential Skills:
* 7+ years of experience in test automation with strong background in API and web automation
* Hands-on experience with tools such as Selenium WebDriver, RestAssured, JMeter or LoadRunner
* Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (C#, Python, C++)
* Experience with continuous testing and CI/CD pipelines
