This senior role ensures strong governance, coordinated service delivery and positive outcomes for young people.Role OverviewThe Operations Manager provides day-to-day oversight of all centres, supports Centre Managers, ensures compliance with National Standards, and works closely with TUSLA, inspection teams and clinical partners.
