My client is on the lookout for a Lead Learning Consultant to help scale their delivery capability and ensure high-quality, consistent training across a range of technical and professional development programmes. This is a leadership role within a fast-growing learning solutions provider, working with global names across finance, insurance, and tech. You'll take ownership of instructor management and development, support course quality and consistency, and help drive learner engagement and commercial impact.
