Job Summary: as an experienced SFDR specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our compliance with the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation, sustainable Disclosure Requirements (UK-SDR) and will be responsible for integrating sustainability related disclosures into our reporting processes.
Key Responsabilities: Develop and implement SFDR/UK-SDR compliance strategies and policies.
Develop and implement standard market as EET reporting.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sustainability-related information as pre-contractual and periodic reporting.
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate SFDR/UK-SDR requirements into existing processes.
Monitor regulatory developments and update the company's SFDR/UK-SDR framework accordingly.
Provide training and support to staff on SFDR/UK-SDR related matters.
Liaise with external stakeholders, including clients and regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance and address any queries.
Prepare and review SFDR/UK-SDR disclosures and reports.
Qualifications: Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of SFDR requirements.
A deep understanding of the asset management industry, and European regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant financial software.
