**Head Baker Opportunity in West Dublin**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team in the west Dublin region. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires the ability to manage a team of 12 staff members.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-end bakery products, including bread, pastries, cakes, and biscuits.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage a team of bakers and production staff effectively
* Oversee the production of high-end bakery products with quality and consistency
* Ensure adherence to health and safety standards
* Develop and implement new recipes and product lines
* Maintain accurate records and reports
**Required Qualifications:**
* At least 3 years of experience as a Head Baker or Bakery Manager
* Degree in Culinary Arts or related field
* Excellent leadership and management skills
* Strong knowledge of HACCP and SOPs
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
