The AutoBoland Group is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team in Kilkenny. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long‑term career in the motor industry while gaining hands‑on experience across sales, customer service, and dealership operations.

Key Responsibilities

Support customers throughout their journey, from initial enquiry through to test drive and vehicle handover.
Assist the sales team in achieving targets through follow‑up activities and daily sales support.
Deliver a high standard of customer service, both in person and over the phone.
Manage the dealership yard, ensuring vehicles are organised, moved, and positioned safely.
Ensure all vehicles are clean, well‑presented, and displayed to the highest standard across the forecourt and showroom.
Maintain attractive vehicle displays to maximise visibility and sales appeal.
Photograph and record videos of vehicles for use in online advertising and promotional activities.
Create, upload, and maintain accurate and engaging vehicle listings across relevant platforms.
Keep online stock records updated and properly managed.
Assist with dealership promotional initiatives by helping to showcase vehicles effectively both online and in person.
Support administrative tasks relating to sales activities and customer records.

What We’re Looking For

Previous sales or customer‑facing experience (motor industry experience an advantage but not essential)
A friendly, confident, and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn.
Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
Comfortable taking photographs and videos of vehicles and supporting promotional activities as part of the role.
The ability to work effectively within a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
A full, clean driving licence is essential.
