The Role of HR Officer
* We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of HR Officer.
* Responsibilities will include overseeing the full recruitment process from advertising through to appointment, as well as ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
* As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for providing professional guidance on HR policies, employee relations issues, and best practice to managers across the organization.
* You will also manage a range of Employee Relations cases including absence reviews, investigations, performance matters, and formal procedures.
A key part of this role will involve maintaining accurate employee files and ensuring all HR activity aligns with employment legislation and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will assist in the upkeep of the organisation's Home Office licence and associated visa administration, as well as prepare HR reports highlighting emerging trends or risks for senior leadership.
