* Key Responsibilities include managing daily sales calls, tele sales campaigns, and follow-up calls
* Process customer enquiries via phone, email, and website
* Generate quotations, orders, invoices, and credit notes
* Track held orders, back orders, part shipped orders, and stock levels
Requirements: experience in sales administration or tele sales, knowledge of the hardware and agri industry, strong communication and problem-solving skills, excellent organisational and time management abilities, proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
