Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Management: Ensure the restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently, maintaining high production, productivity, and quality standards. This includes overseeing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and other personnel. Schedule shifts and manage employee performance to foster a positive work environment.Customer Service: Interact with customers to ensure a pleasant dining experience, handle complaints, and gather feedback to improve service quality.Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, forecast financial requirements, and analyze variances to meet financial objectives.
