Additional Information This is an Enabling Team role focused on building capabilities in others across multiple disciplines, not doing the work for teams.
Engagements are time-boxed (typically 6-12 weeks) with focus areas tailored to each team's maturity and needs before rotating to help the next team.
You will work across multiple product teams and technical domains, requiring adaptability, broad technical knowledge, and strong relationship-building skills.
While you\'ll coach across observability, releasability, and security, you may focus more deeply on one domain per engagement based on team needs and your expertise.
