Procurement Manager
This role entails the development and maintenance of operational purchasing programs and processes. Key responsibilities include determining procurement requirements, managing material shortages, and ensuring compliance with corporate procurement policies and procedures.
To achieve this, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating supplier performance, implementing corrective actions to address performance issues, and collaborating with Logistics to optimize inbound freight charges and associated costs.
Your experience should include direct in-depth management of an inventory planning/buying function in a high-volume SKU environment. You should also possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of procurement principles and practices, excellent communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
