HR Data Analyst
This role focuses on data management and analysis in support of operational efficiency and workforce optimization.
* Maintain and manage accurate and up-to-date HR data, ensuring alignment with established governance standards and regulatory requirements.
* Support the lead in daily data tracking, planning, control, and validation to ensure business continuity and decision-making excellence.
* Perform data updates and changes in the HR system to cater for various scenarios, such as job title modifications, data rectifications, and organizational restructuring.
* Generate and analyze regular and ad-hoc reports to facilitate business growth and strategic HR initiatives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data accuracy and reporting quality, fostering a culture of transparency and trust.
* Contribute to data-driven projects related to workforce planning and management.
* Assist the lead in analyzing HR expenditure budgets, providing insights into actual vs. budget comparisons and trend analysis for informed decision-making.
